Being regulated is core to managing ourselves. It doesn't even have to take time out of your day. For example, stand on one foot while composing an email, do one nostril breathing while reading, do a dragon breath each time you hang up the phone, and be sure to breath with your whole lungs. Doing just one of these per hour is like taking the lid off a pot before it starts to boil. Keep your composure, sustain your concentration, and build your confidence.
